Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They never reached out stating anything needed to be signedWe made several attempts to contact them regarding the TT&L we paid for but could never get a response from them, we were finally able to catch them at the dealership a day before the paper plate expiredThey never stated the inspection was not done by them before this day, after all the attempts to work with them we did not feel comfortable leaving the car in their hands any further(legally the car was to be inspected upon being sold)We have not received any refund for the TT&L we paid for and now we have already fixed all problems with the car needing to be done in order to pass inspectionWe have paid again for an inspection and car tags on our own so it could be driven.? We tired to work with Ms [redacted] by having her leave the car with to get it inspected, she refused...at the time she still had to sign the title, so we could transfer itas her daughter signed at the time on sale, ( just a note) Ms [redacted] could have unwind the deal at the time of signing if she was truly unhappy...her was after her compliant , her signing says she was happy with car the way it wasSo we did a title only transfer, and refunded the difference.Thanks [redacted] New Deal Used Cars? ? ? ,?

I am rejecting this response because: I want them to honor all parts and labor put into the vehicle to get it to pass inspection and all money back on the TT&L I paid them for but had to pay again myself to drive the car legally

I purchased a vehicle from them in February and my paper plates are expiring in a couple days and they never filed the paper work to get my plates and title and I paid TT&LI could never get a response from them, we finally were able to reach them so we go by and they never had the vehicle inspected and they won't give me an extended paper plate nor take care of the TT&L which they should be legally held to do when paid for with them

They did not accept the refund...Letter with refund was returned...we consider this done...we not playing games with them...they are going out their way to end thisThank you [redacted]
