Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is a pretty simple matterNew Diamond promised a service and they never delivered itWhen I purchased the vehicle, the A/C was not working properly and I told them that about itThey said they would contact me to arrange a time to bring the car in and fix itThey never called me to arrange the repair, so the story stops there It's irrelevant that it took me this long to remember because it was not my responsibility as a customer that bought the car in good faith expecting this repairThe failure of New Diamond to contact me is the origin of this issue and I have phone records that prove they never contacted meIt's hilarious that they try to dodge responsibility by blaming the customer who did absolutely nothing wrong and is simply being punished for living a busy lifeI don't use A/C except on long highway trips, which I do infrequently, so it's perfectly reasonable that I wouldn't notice, and therefore forget about the condition of the A/C Furthermore, the diagnosis was performed by professionals who couldn't otherwise find the problemIt follows that New Diamond would have had to perform the same diagnosis and therefore is accountable for the costAdditionally, the cost of the repair is not some manumber, it's what the Toyota of Runnemede staff told me it would MINIMALLY costUltimately, none of this would be disputed if New Diamond had fulfilled their responsibility to me, the customer, and followed through on their promisePeriod Regards, [redacted]
