Review: I have a bill with a statement date of 7/24/14 for account #[redacted] stating I owe $50.00. Since August 1, 2014, I have contacted New Directions numerous times and left messages to call me so we can resolve this erroneous bill. I've left messages with the receptionist and on the voicemail for [redacted] (the person that was listed as the contact for all billing questions). Not only did I not get a call back but I got another bill sent for the same amount dated 9/10/14. The co-payments I paid in person with my credit card are not reflected correctly on the bill and I have my banking statement to verify this. They have overcharged me and are showing billing errors and I'd like to get this cleared up ASAP.Desired Settlement: I want this bill to be closed out as I have previously paid all bills due to New Directions.
