I bought a car from this car lot, I got 15 min away the car stopped. I took it back. I was cursed out. only had car an hr. he refuse to help
I purchased a 01 Toyota Avalon from the car lot on 7/22/2020. I was told the car had bad struts so he wanted 2200, but he said 1800 d/t the problem. I paid cash. I was told to come back in a couple hrs so he could charge the air. I did. I returned took the car, I get down the street about 15 min going home. the car stopped, I pull into a service station. they said let it cool and they put water in it, thats it. the man there said that car is a problem wires are rigged up under the hood. I call Mr *** and say this car just stopped its running hot but has wires out of place everywhere. I told him I was going to bring it back I didnt want the car I prefer something else, or my money back, this was 20min after leaving a lot. he said come on back. heading back the car ran hot again. I pulled over called a friend to come up and follow me after it cooled. 20 min later I continue on. I get there my friend following me. I pull up Mr *** was out there. My friend says, why did u sell her the car this way this is dangerous. Mr *** then says "leave my lot right now, before I kill you." then out of the blue he tries to fight I told my friend to leave let me handle it,. I didnt want the situation to get worse. he left. so I say to Mr *** sir I dont understand the problem. he says how u just got him talking for u, I said he wasnt talking for me but this is uneccesary can we just settle this with the car. He looked at me and cursed and said the f word get off my lot right now I aint helping with nothing. this was literally an hr later of the purchase. I was cursed at he threatened that he would shoot my friend, who only asked a question. this man was outrageous his brother was there he said maam just come back tomorrow and he will help you just give him time to cool off. I left the car I had no choice it wouldnt start, it was to hot. I left without a car and my money. He called me later on that night and said he was sorry he would help call him tomorrow. I called to say I left the keys. he didnt answer so I text and said keys are there can u please just give me my money or something else like u promised. once again he switched up and said we dont work on cars after we sell, so come get it or im going to have it towed. I only had that car less than an hr and only that long cause it ran hot and stopped twice. I understand buying a car as is, but I was told it was only struts. the fan is rigged to the fuse box. its an electrical mess. He even tried to insist I did something to the car in that 20 min from the time the car broke down. this man has intimidated me im honestly scared to do any business with him. He acted like an animal he told me if he killed someone on his lot he can get away with it. Im a lady theres no need for all that talk. he has the keys and the car he gave me a title in another name. I just really want my money back at this point

I would like for my money to be returned or at least another vehicle, If someone could be there cause i wont go alone

I purchased vehicle on 2/18/2020. Took vehicle to my mechanic on 2/21 to get an oil change and to find out why the vehicle had no heat. Then discovered the vehicle needed a flush treatment do to sludge in system. The analysis on 2/27 in which the system was flushed showed it has a blown head gasket. The cost to fix it was going to be $2,365.85. Which I do not have. Made several calls to the business on 2/28, 3/2. Left several messages with no response.

Repair I would like the dealership to aide in the repair of the vehicle.

The owner of the shop advertised the vehicle with 143000 miles driven with no major mechanical issues. When I view the vehicle at the property it indicated over 235,000 miles driven in the vehicle is having transmission and alternator issues. Vehicle is also having issues with the starter and flywheel. The vehicle's hood latch is broken and has not been replaced. The owner of the shop stated that the mileage on the vehicle's odometer was incorrect. That the motor was a rebuilt or used motor have been placed in the vehicle and the miles on that motor was the 143,000. However the owner of the shop did not place the actual mileage on the sales receipt for the bill of sale title receipt or any of the information concerning the vehicle. After the owner of myself negotiated on the price of the vehicle has decided to purchase. Upon delivery of the vehicle it did not start the owner agreed to repair the vehicle so that it would be an operational condition. However the owner has yet to repair the vehicle.

Desired Outcome

Finish the job In my attempt to support the business we agreed to have him/mechanic come out and look at the vehicle to see what was wrong with the it and repair it. But because this is not happened I would like a refund on this vehicle or either repair it so that it is in a running condition.
