Revdex.com:
I am the person that lives in the apartment, My mother co-signed for me and lives hrs awayJ*** is well aware of this and has never given me this excuse beforeIf I need to have my mother send in a statement stating this is all true I can do that! This is the way this company works they use excuses to wiggle their way out of responsibilitiesThe same way they are trying to get out of a mold issue they refuse to admit it! What a way to do business and take advantage of consumers

Good afternoon [redacted] is not an authorized Lease holder. If you could please have the Lease holder provide written consent, we would happy to send any documentation pertaining to this complaint. If you should have any questions, you may reach the business off at...

(864)[redacted].Thank you so much for your assistance!Sincerely,J[redacted], Area Manager SC Properties [redacted]

I A[redacted] S. C[redacted] give my daughter permission to speak on m y behalf. My daughter is the one who has to live there. I just signed to help her out. I have spoken to J[redacted] R[redacted] and told her I was concerned about my daughters health, her response was that my daughter could have moved into another apartment. The apartment that was offered was offered  at my daughter s own moving expense and I do not blame her for not spending all the money on a moving to move a couple of doors down and go through the same thing.  I think that J[redacted] R[redacted] has shown on several occasions that she is not a good business person and I hate that she represents  South Carolina or the upstate as a Better Business, That she is not. Thank you A[redacted] S. C[redacted]

Good afternoon, Any and all service request for apartment 124 have been completed. We did receive a service request last year, 2016 about a smell coming from the A/c closet and small spots on the carpet in the living room. We do not clean carpet in the apartments after move in, unless it is an emergency or an offer at the time of renewal. My supervisor, maintenance technician and myself, J[redacted] R[redacted] went to the apartment while the residents was home. We did not smell any type of odor. The resident expressed she would really like her air ducts cleaned, which is not something that we include in the lease. However, I did schedule that to be done to ensure the resident was happy. We did not receive any other request about a smell until this year, May 2017. My supervisor, contractor and myself went to the apartment once again, there was no indication of a smell or leak. The residents compliant was a smell coming out of the vents. The maintenance supervisor checked the a/c closet where the air flows from. We also cut the sheetrock out. The sheetrock was clean with no sign of any damage. The resident did not want to stay in her unit. Again to ensure the resident was happy, we offered two other apartment as an option for her to move in. She stated she did not want to take another apartment here. She ask if we would let her out of her lease and I replied yes, with a 30 day notice. About a week later the resident called and stated she found one of our sister Properties online. She had already contacted the property and received information. The property contacted me and I called and explained to her that I would have to speak to the lease holder and that we have a separate policy for transferring to another complex. The occupant visited our sister property and they explained that she would have to speak to me and again there is a different policy on transferring to another property. I called the occupant once again and let her know that I would have to speak to the lese holder. I need additional information and we would have to have written authorization and forms signed by the lease holder. This would consist of requalifying, etc.  We are not able to transfer anyone without their written consent. The lease holder called on a Friday after and I returned the call on a Monday. I explained the situation and we never received the requested documentation. The apartment the resident was wanting to move to was not available until August 15th. The resident was insistent on moving and we had earlier options, but she declined them. As well as the lease holder never providing documentation required.
