she said to our customers, I don't think we can survive in this area where there are so many competitions around usWe've been here for five years, and we have not received any complaints like thisShe wants something freeWe cannot provide thatWe care about our customers so much, with her included, even when she always have issues with our foodand serviceThat is why we did what we did to prevent her from being unhappy with her foodWe had her order ready, but we did not pack her food yetWhen she came to pick it up, I took everything to the counter and showed everything she ordered to herI asked her if everything was there and ok, she told me it was fine, and I packed it up for herBefore Ihanded the order to her, I told her this is the only thing we could to make sure everything she ordered was the way she wanted it, and if you have issues with us, then we cannot serve you anymore in the futureWe understand she is on lunch break and her time is preciousShe stated that she always discovered the problem when she gets back to her officeSo we did what we could to make sure she finds no issues with her order before she leaves our restaurantWe can amend it right away at the restaurant, so she can have an enjoyable lunch instead of wasting her time to call back orto come backI don't see what is wrong with wanting our customers to not waste time on coming back because of something we didWe are not from America, we do not speak English fluently, so if it was something I said orhow I phrased something that offended her, I apologize, but we cannot refund her the moneyIf she is not happy with her food, she can bring it back for a refund without a receiptWe would be happy to do thatYou cannot just order something at any restaurant, took it, ate it, and then make issues about it, complain to the Revdex.com and ask for money backWhy wouldwe refund her money when she was fine with her food the very last time she ordered from us? If she had an issue with it, she did not have to take it or pay for itAlso, you can’t just go into any business and tell them that you have the receipt but not the items you want to return and demand a refundI believe that is ridiculousLastly, I don’t understand why shewould keep coming back to us and ordering when she always has issues with our businessWhile we appreciate the support of our customers but certainly don’t appreciate customers like her.Sincerely,Dragon One
