At this time, I have been contacted directly by New Dynamic Builders Corp regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been fully resolved because:
Though most of the work has been completed, we are still awaiting the replacement of the granite stair tread.  We have been waiting several weeks for the delivery of this product from China and have been searching every granite supply house in the five boroughs.  To date we cannot find the replacement part.

This company is not reliable. The owner starts with a low cost estimate until he gets the job. Then he keeps adding more outrageous costs without informing the customer. When you asked for the estimate, he responds that at the end of the project he will give you the total cost. He has not finished the work and requested a full payment. He has changed the phone numbers and is very difficult to contact him. He takes advantage of senior and female people. Watch out for this company.

Review: I hired New Dynamic Builders Corp. to do work on home. They took the money and did not complete the work. His workers did damage to my house, installed damaged products, and now I can't get them to come back and correct their work, or answer/return phone calls.Desired Settlement: Replace damaged step and siding. Finish work that I have already paid them for.
