Review: This company called me to sell my condo. They said they already had a buyer. I sent them money to start the process. They sent me a sale contact and said it would take 3-6 months to go through. I have all emails from them

Now I have not been able to get ahold of them for a month.Desired Settlement: I would like all my money back

Review: They had a buyer for a condo of mine and contract was signed and agreeded on and I was to send my part of monies, which I did and then the sellers were to send in 25% deposit nonrefundable which I was told they did and was statued they did in the contract. This was to be finished within about a week and monies sent to me but sence then no or very little contact to me and now going on 6 weeks and they ([redacted] ###-###-####) will not call me back. I was told if sellers backed out I would recieve my money back ($3,454.00) and the 25% deposit ($14,250.00).Desired Settlement: I want what I agreed to, which was a sells price of $57,000.00 + $1,200.00 closing cost. If buyers backed out I need the $14,250.00 + $3,454.00 that was agreed on. If there is other problems then also a call from [redacted]. and [redacted] of company and sells rep. [redacted]

Review: Telephone solicitor claimed to have a purchaser for my timeshare. I was told to overnight $1,195 to International Transaction Holdings and the "supposed" buyer was sending $3,700 there to be held in escrow until completion of the sale. Should the buyer fail to complete the transation, I was to receive my deposit and his (less an $800 fee}. Subsequently I was told to send an additional $1,479 for insurance that I would be refunded at the closing. Since then all telephone messages left at the company have remained unanswered. I notified both New York and Florida of this scam, but they are apparently just continuing picking up new people to scam as the telephones have not been disconne ctedDesired Settlement: Put them out of business. I am certain there is no real hope of getting a refund
