At this time, I have been contacted directly by Rag & Bone regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Rag and Bone still has not applied the 15% off new customer discount to my order They recalled the first item that I ordered due to a defect in the garment ($leather leggings) and I had to return the item I requested that I be able to use the 15% discount on the following order (also $500.00) because I lost the initial discount due to the item being recalled Initially the customer service representative agreed to give it to me but then a supervisor removed the discount Now the company said I cannot have the 15% discount because I used a "GIFT CARD" as partial payment to the order Why should the form of payment preclude me from the discount? This company will not be in business long They are penny wise and dollar foolish The matter is still unresolved after email communications with the company I do not want to mark this complaint as completed or resolved Thank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
