In response to the above complaint. Our company has gone out to the customers house and looked at the product. When we were there we noticed the customer had vacuumed up a bottle cap which clogged the power nozzel which we fixed. As far as where to dump the waste from vacuuming is a issue that is the customers choice and has nothing to do with the performance of the unit. From our standpoint the machine is operating correctly and working the way it should. The equipment was demonstrated and sold the way we do to all out clients. We did talk to the customer on March 31st also and will be giving the customer a bigger water basin to see if it will help. This is were we are at for now. We feel we have done what we could to resolve the issue.
