Review: A salesperson came into our home sometime around December 2014 and showed us a Kirby product. We explained to the Salesperson what we were looking for as far as the quality of a vacuum cleaner. The salesperson misrepresented the item that he was selling, we are currently in the process of having the item fixed at our expense. I feel like the Salesperson misrepresented the item to make a sale and now the company is our of business and we have now where to turn and are still paying on a vacuum that we have had only 3 months and are supposed to pay for 3 years under the terms of our agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like to somehow be able to return this vacuum cleaner and not be responsible for the remaining balance. We were sold this item under false advertisement.

Review: Purchase and paid in full for a Kirby Sentria Vaccum System Cost $ 1060.00Paid in Full . Have tried to reach salesman and company for return of item.Has not worked properly since date of purchase.Desired Settlement: Equipement is brand new and attachments are in the exact baox as delivered would like settlement as close to purchase price. $ 1060.00Good thing I did not give them my [redacted] as a trade as requested.

On October 22nd 2013 I contacted the consumer and let her know that she can come and bring her Kirby in at her earliest convince. I let her know that her machine was covered under warranty and we would do whatever she needed to make her satisfied. I also send her an email with our address and hours.
