Review: Marshall S[redacted], a principal at New England Collision & Auto Sales lists motorcycles for sale on craigslist, listing a "WESTCHESTER" address, though he is based in the Bronx. I bought one of these motorcycles and also asked him to make repairs on it. In addition to charging me twice the hourly rate for the repairs and modifications, he refused to give me proper proof that he is the owner of the motorcycle he sold to me, and at this date, I am unable to register the vehicle. Instead of giving me proper paperwork, he gave me a bill of sale from 2004 (it is now 2016) from the original owner. In essence, he expects me to be untruthful to the DMV and tell them I bought the car back in 2004. At this point I cannot determine if the motorcycle is stolen, and that is upsetting. I contacted the original owner, [redacted], who informed me that since 2004 he sold the bike to someone else. I approached Marshall about this, and was verbally abused in the worst way. He scream on the phone (I have the recording) "[redacted] you. You arent getting [redacted] from me!" I am still attempting to resolve this, and if there is no movement, I will be suing him in court for $5,000.Desired Settlement: If Marshall and New England Automotive cannot provide me with the necessary documents to register this vehicle in a legal and proper manner, I would like a full refund and punitive damages for deceptive business practices and the monies spend repairing the motorcycle which, at this point, I have paid for, but do not own.
