Revdex.com: On Monday, 7/1/13 I had an oil change on my 2008 Kia Spectra at New Eng. Auto Repair at 350 Greenwood St, Worcester, 01607, which is at the BP Service Station.The man who changed my oil was very nice and told me it would be $35, because my car uses "different oil." Otherwise it would cost $30. I believe his name is [redacted]. When he finished, he pulled my car out and said to me "That will be $35." I said "Don't I get a receipt or printout?" He said "Oh, you want a receipt?" And said further "I'll get you one."He handed me this small receipt and proceeded to walk away.I was shocked, not seeing the type of motor oil or a new oil filter. I came home very upset. What kind of business is this that I had to ask for a printout. The next day I told my son and he yelled at me because I went there and was told my car used "different oil!" I went back Wednesday and he wasn't there at the moment. I went back Friday and they were closed for the week-end. I wanted to know what "different oil" he used. I've had 8 oil changes and always had 5w20 motor oil. [redacted], [redacted] & [redacted] Their bills always showed the oil & oil filter.)I'm worried sick to think he put a wrong motor oil in my car. "different oil."I have no proof on this receipt that an oil change & oil filter were put in. This shows a purchase of fuel. Please help me. I'm very worried. This is my last car I'll own.
