Rear bumper of my vehicle arrived at repair business significantly scratched [redacted] towed my vehicle from lot in Cramerton, NC to Hendrix Collision repair on South, Blvdin Charlotte Upon arrival Hendrix took pictures of front end damage an noticed rear bumper damageI was notified and I told them there was no damage to bumper when it was picked up at accident sitePictures were sent to [redacted] by handler at repair businessThey replied that damage must have happened when dropped off by original tow at the lot in Cramerton
H [redacted] Auto & Wrecker driver damaged vehicle during tow and refuses to pay for repairs On [redacted] , I discovered a tire on the rear passenger [redacted] of my Volkswagen Passat [redacted] flat and off the rim Since I was not able to drive my car in that condition, I contacted roadside assistance through my insurer, [redacted] H [redacted] Auto & Wrecker dispatched a driver to my home He towed my car initially to [redacted] however they did not have a tire for my vehicle The driver suggested we go to another shop, [redacted] The owner indicated he did have the appropriate tires H [redacted] s driver lowered my car and while releasing my car from the tow, the fork got caught on my front bumper and began pulling it forward Once the fork was released, the bumper popped back My initial thought, was crisis averted However, the driver quickly drove off I looked at my bumper and noticed the grill was cracked and their was some damage underneath alsoTh

1pmcontact Sid to swing skids from a totaled trailer to a good trailer so we could deliver the freight miles awayWe are a transportation broker
2pm ask Sid for a price on the job in writingNo reply ever came, written or verbal
pm contacted by *** that work is complete and that we must pay *** $immediately or the good trailer with freight on board will not be released from yardSid told *** I had approved the rate & stamped it on the invoice which I had not
10:10pm ask *** if it is ok if driver lays overnight in yard with the trailer till morning so that I may talk to Sid about the rate being charged*** say that that is fine
10:*** calls back our company after having spoken to Sid and gives our company two optionsoption 1: pay amt in full immediately or option 2: they threaten to unload

The Gentleman( loose term) on the phone was disgusting and rude as hell to be talking to a womanThey towed a truck for us the tow driver contacted dispatch and told them he had lost the driveshaftthey refused to pay for the mistake they madeclaim they have pictures but never showed us and hung up when I asked for themThis is a part that was on my truck when it was called to be towedWe have used hunter many times and to say the least they are always lateso I did some digging and did you know you can put a lien on their property for unpaid services rendered such as not replacing a part the knowingly admit to losingTheir customer service skills are horrible and I will be taking this to the next levelthey are dishonorable and rude! any other company that admitted they knew what they had done would have at least came up with some sort of resolution besides saying ***
