Please add your rejection comments below. Hello again, I wanted to thank you for your efforts concerning this matter. Like myself I don't think you will be successful either with a positive reply. This is not about me being on site everyday, it's about over charging for their services. [redacted], the yard foreman mention to me that he estimated the charges for there services wold be around $1500.00 not $2700. Yes they did offer me a refund of nearly $700.00 only because [redacted] told me the billing charges seem very high. I too agreed. To make matter worse when they installed the Hardtop Dodger, the support poles were installed backwards, and had to all be removed with the help of 3 person from the Navy base Marina. Furthermore they sold me all new hardware to re-install the Dodger because they failed to follow my instruction as to the location of the hardware. In which I told the rigger the hardware was located on the galley counter top, along with everything else need. I did ask them for an itemized billing receipt  as to time and charges only to discover it was to confusing to figure out what I was being charges..... Concerning their published rates, I was never informed nor did I see any published rates..... Very misleadingly, Finally I should have listened to fellow members from the Naval Yacht Club that I belong to. I was for warned about NEB about the charges for their services.  I felt the additional $200.00 I was asking for was very fair. But [redacted], the office felt other wise and defended her company as if the monies were coming out of her pocket. Shame on NEB for taking advantage of the little guy, especially the military.

Mr [redacted]’s account of his issues is inaccurate in several areas. Mr [redacted] was not, as he claims, onsite every day. I can, if necessary, provide various e-mails from him that, in conjunction with our labor reports, bear this out. Mr [redacted] upon receiving his invoice questioned specifically $1691.00...

of the billing related to assembling and installing the mast, and then proposed paying less than half of this, $800. Although we had time sheets showing this time I offered to meet him in the middle and to credit $691.00 as a good faith solution. He authorized us to charge the balance to his credit card by e-mail and then contacted you. Mr [redacted] claims he asked for, but was not provided with, a detailed invoice. Our original invoice breaks out the various tasks undertaken by job code and description, in addition we provided Mr [redacted] with a labor report, a transcript of hours and brief description of what our employees have on their timesheet which is used for billing. We did not overcharge for our services, all billing was at published rates. I acknowledged that there may have been some inefficiencies due to our workload at that time and offered the good faith adjustment described above as a solution, not necessarily making either party happy but a good fair middle ground.
