Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I have rejected the offer by [redacted] *hite as he does not tell me when he will deliver all the order I have been waiting for for five months I have thirteen e-mails from him stating everything in his letter He says he is sending the items and they do not come He has an excuse for each e-mail and says he will resolve all by the end of the week Nothing I have him leaving me a message he sending me the photo show by the end of the day for review and to call him the next day for approval Nothing came As for the Vendor with the bracelets he said he would expedite the order with someone else if need be as four months was to long and now it is five months I even asked for my money back and he did not send it I agreed to settle with him and gave him three weeks to send all before I sent a letter to the Revdex.com and guaranteed I would have it all Not one item has arrived since he sent the Memory Chart Dec23rd The other two items were received at the Burial five months ago I told the Captain I could not settle my Daughters Estate until he sent all or sent back the check Nothing has arrived I would like a date of ALL to be received at once or the check I hope this can be settled now and not another five months I have heard his excuses over and over as its like reading the same letter over and over No more excuses I want a date the entire order will be delivered, or the check Regards, [redacted]

I have been waiting for a week since receiving the response from *** *** I have received nothing in the mail nor email I have also checked the spam basket in email Nothing has been received. The promise to send the documents after my father's ashes were supposedly scattered on April ended up this same way I have email records that show that he made the same promise to send documents in April, which never arrived Back then, I sent him email every day inquiring where the documents were He stopped responding to my emails. I am totally dissatisfied with the service this company provides A grieving family deserves better

1/26/2016 Dear Revdex.com and Mrs *** We had a change in vendors for the bracelets for Mrs *** and an unexpected delay--we are following up with vendor to expedite as best as possible. The Memory Chart and certificates were delivered some time ago.The Flag is being framed and
will be shipped to Mrs ***The Photo show and pictures will be sent to her this week--we had an associate who had a brain hemorrhage which has slowed us down --we will get Mrs *** all of her merchandise on order and will also include some extras due to teh unexpected dual delay--and for that we are truly sorryThanks for reaching out Sincerely,New England Burials At Sea LLC *** *** ***

7/7/2017 Dear Mr [redacted] and Revdex.comToday we US mailed to Mr. [redacted] the completion certificates and photos of our event at sea for his loved one that was completed on time.  Mr [redacted] can expect by this coming Monday in he US mail to his address on file.We apologize for the US mail delay of...

these certificates -just the busiest part of our season.As a way of saying we are sorry for the US mail delay, We are including the video feed of the event which is a $100 option that we are sending via email to Mr [redacted] at no charge.  We will also offer 30% off a NOAA memory coordinate chart if he so wishes good through 12/31/2017. Thank you,Capt [redacted] New England Burials At Sea LLC

Revdex.com:I want to thank you for helping to resolve this issue, complaint #[redacted].  On Friday, I received emails from the business containing pictures and documents.  I also received an email agreeing to credit me $50 for the delay is service.  Today I received hard copies of the documents in the mail and I verified the $50 credit to my credit card.I am convinced that without contacting the Revdex.com, this complaint would never have gotten resolved.  I appreciate your help.
