Review: 5 windows have been replaced and all 5 have cold air coming through. I notice it last year but did not call. Today I call all the numbers listed for them and they are not valid.Desired Settlement: the installation of the windows need to be fixed.
Review: I am trying to reach the company to see if they can check the windows I purchased from them as they are not working properly. The locks are not catching, cold air is seeping through the frames, and I cannot contact them. The phone numbers I have are no longer in service, too.Desired Settlement: To contact me so we can resolve this problem.
