We are more than happy to address Ms. [redacted] situation and bring it to a suitable conclusion for both parties involved. Ms. [redacted] records are available for her to pick up upon signature of the Request for Dental Records form at our office. We attempted to respond to Ms. [redacted] via certified mail with the address she had provided to us. The mailing was returned to the office marked as unclaimed. In regards to a refund, the office will gladly issue her money back for treatment she feels did not meet her expectations. Ms. [redacted] can contact [redacted] directly to discuss the refund process and her records are available to her at the reception desk. [redacted] Director of [redacted]

this dentist has no clue what he is doing. I spent 9 months going there.He could never get temps to work. he destroyed all my front teeth
