New England Duct Cleaners

I bought a [redacted] for duct cleaning. The company to clean the air ducts. While there, they offered additional service, which included a UV light for [redacted] I declined; [redacted] (the technician) then lowered the price to [redacted] I called the next day to stop the sale. He was suppose to send me a check by mail on [redacted] 2015. Since that date I have had numerous phone calls and attempts to get my money back. On two occassions, I was guarenteed by a manager that the refund was being refunded to my credit card and there was a problem with the credit company. It has been 4 months now; I have not been able to re-coup any of my funds.Product_Or_Service: UV elementDesired SettlementI would like a refund of [redacted] which was promised.
