As an owner based company, I personally cleaned this dryer vent on 1/8/ I cleaned the dryer lint trap, the back pipe of the dryer, the transition vent to the laundry room wall, entire vent run to the outside and the outside end cap The dryer was put on and strong hot airflow confirmed to the outside Should be noted I cleaned all the dryer vents in this entire condo community during a group project Over four months later I received this complaint that chicken wire was installed across her vent, blocking her vent, holding lint in the vent This is and no chicken wire has ever been put across her vent by my company, any vent at her condo community or any of the 10,vents I have cleaned over the past seven years I know of no reason to put chicken wire across a vent The only thing ever installed over a vent is a bird or rodent cage, which are code approved, not made of metal, and are large plastic cages that go completely over the dryer vent end cap Metal screening of any kind is not to code and would never be installed, ever After playing telephone tag with her, I spoke with the customer in person and advised everything I just documented in the previous paragraph I offered to come out and take a look at her problem, and make sure her vent was safe and in proper working order She refused my offer and angrily repeatedly asked for her money back I told her I would send her money back, not because I did anything wrong but in my mind was not going to be spoken to like that, stay on the phone and argue over $ This projected was overseen and facilitated by a property management company, who I immediately contacted when this issue arose They called the customer and offered to immediately visit to document the problem and make sure the vent was safe and in proper working orderThe property manager was told everything was just fine with the vent and declined a visit from the property manager The property manager has offered to speak with the Revdex.com on my behalf, that the entire community was cleaned in a proper manner and no chicken wire installed at any other units And that I have done many large scale projects at condo communities for them and have never had a problem or complaint(Or chicken wire installed!) I will send the customer $60, as I already offered The only delay in doing that originally was she filed a Revdex.com complaint while we processed the check for mailing Again, sending her money back is not because I did anything wrong Her vent was cleaned professionally and was left clean and in proper working order on 1/8/2016, with no chicken wire across her vent But the time and effort put into this already is not worth $ Just want the unwarranted claim and problem to go away and the customer wants nothing more than the money back So it shall be

As an owner based company, I personally cleaned this dryer vent on 1/8/2016. I cleaned the dryer lint trap, the back pipe of the dryer, the transition vent to the laundry room wall, entire vent run to the outside and the outside end cap. The dryer was put on and strong hot
airflow confirmed to the outside. Should be noted I cleaned all the dryer vents in this entire condo community during a group project Over four months later I received this complaint that chicken wire was installed across her vent, blocking her vent, holding lint in the vent. This is and no chicken wire has ever been put across her vent by my company, any vent at her condo community or any of the 10,vents I have cleaned over the past seven years. I know of no reason to put chicken wire across a vent. The only thing ever installed over a vent is a bird or rodent cage, which are code approved, not made of metal, and are large plastic cages that go completely over the dryer vent end cap. Metal screening of any kind is not to code and would never be installed, ever
After playing telephone tag with her, I spoke with the customer in person and advised everything I just documented in the previous paragraph. I offered to come out and take a look at her problem, and make sure her vent was safe and in proper working order. She refused my offer and angrily repeatedly asked for her money back. I told her I would send her money back, not because I did anything wrong but in my mind was not going to be spoken to like that, stay on the phone and argue over $60.
This projected was overseen and facilitated by a property management company, who I immediately contacted when this issue arose. They called the customer and offered to immediately visit to document the problem and make sure the vent was safe and in proper working orderThe property manager was told everything was just fine with the vent and declined a visit from the property manager. The property manager has offered to speak with the Revdex.com on my behalf, that the entire community was cleaned in a proper manner and no chicken wire installed at any other units. And that I have done many large scale projects at condo communities for them and have never had a problem or complaint(Or chicken wire installed!)
I will send the customer $60, as I already offered. The only delay in doing that originally was she filed a Revdex.com complaint while we processed the check for mailing. Again, sending her money back is not because I did anything wrong. Her vent was cleaned professionally and was left clean and in proper working order on 1/8/2016, with no chicken wire across her vent. But the time and effort put into this already is not worth $ Just want the unwarranted claim and problem to go away and the customer wants nothing more than the money back. So it shall be

My original offer is to return the customers $ This is documented in the my Revdex.com response. I don't understand the customer rejection, other than to continue to argue. I relayed the absolute truth as I know it. I relayed the infomration the property manager provided me, and cant confirm or deny the actions of the property manager, any further than I have.
I did not install any wire on this customers vent. I will never change my stance on that. Its not true
Offers stands for the refund of $
