During the interview process, they were specifically asked if they had "..anyone fall through the ceiling..."We were assured that had never happened beforeIt did at our house
Attempts to repair and paint the ceiling by NE Energy failed and an outside contractor was hired
The invoice was presented and paid in full
Neither a receipt, Energy Rebate documentation, nor any warranty documentation were provided as agreedNumerous attempts to secure these *** failed
An independent energy audit performed, by ***, on 1/11/revealed missed area with the foam and a few areas missing sufficient cellulose insulation to meet the Rrating

Hired this company to do a disability deck, ramp remodelAfter days not much was accomplishedGave us a quote of $gave him $down
Job was started on Monday 7/17/and by Thursday the framing wasn't even finishedIt was like everything was done on an afterthought basisHe obviously did not know what he was doing when he argued with me that it wasn't an attached deck and it needed to be on sonatubes per codeWe checked with the code enforcement officer to verifyHe had the deck braced to pour the concrete for the sonatubes on Thursday and they weren't dry yet by Friday morningAfter days of accomplishing nothing we decided to let him goWe fired him on Friday 7/21/and hired someone else to finish the jobVery incompetent
