I was a client at this eye center for twenty yearsI recently went in to have am exam to get new contactsDuring my exam they performed additional tests on a freckle on my eye (which had been there forever) without telling me that there would be additional costs associated with thisThey then billed my entire exam to my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance without my permission, even though my appointment was with the explicit intent to purchase new contact lenses, leaving with me huge bills, since my medical insurance wouldn't pay for a contact examWhen I called to have the mistake recitified I was treated horribly, despite my loyalty to them in the pastThey refused to correct the situationI wouldn't recommend them to anyone
