This is why I explained there would be a charge if I came out and there was no issue with the alarms we sold them. I drove and hour and 45 mins each way on a Sunday to take care of a customer. I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding. As I mentioned I will refund the fee even though I was called out for a 4 1/2 hour service call on an alarm we didn't sell the customer. The check made out by the customer will be returned tomorrow.
