I hired New England Fire Stop LLC, to *** for *** each. We agreed on the amount and he sent me the paperwork, I met with Hugo T, one of the business owners and *** for the deposit. I went *** a few months after ,expecting to see the apartment done, we went to the apartment, we got the surprise that nothing was started. We went back and forth t*** he would tell us he was working there, then he would change the completion date saying he *** were taking long , and *** we kept going back and we saw nothing done and we tried many times to convince him to do the job or give us back the money, we called him, texted him many times and he kept promising to finish, he would give us dates and never did anything until we told him to give us back the money and he refused. We even asked to talk to Miguel T *** business partner and he was not available, as he said.
