New England Floors

Hardwood flooring installed 2004 has been changing color. Guaranteed for 25 years. Promises to take care of problem have not been honored.In June of 2004, I ordered flooring from NE Floors. Cost $3601, which we paid in cash. They dealt with a company [redacted] This flooring was installed in our living room and dining room and was guaranteed for 25 yrs.It was installed 8/04. In 10/11 noticed discoloring and fading on floor boards for no apparent reason. I contacted [redacted], NE Floors. He came and inspected and said he would contact rep. He said he had never seen anything like this. [redacted] rep came out and took picures on 11/11. He also said he never saw anything like this. He said he would be in touch. Never heard from him again. After waiting to hear for several months, I sent an email to [redacted] on 10/12 to tell that flooring was getting worse. No response. Sent him certified mail 4/5/13. He called 4/8/13 to apologize and said once again he would be in touch with Mr. [redacted]. [redacted] called on 4/13/13 to say he was in touch with Mr. [redacted] and he would call me. Date today, 8/19/13 No word from anyone. The floor is getting worse day by day. This has been a very frustrating experience. The fact that I have been getting the run-around for so long is unacceptable, therefore, I am contacting your bureau to see what can be done. Since the problem seems to be getting worse, perhaps all the flooring needs to be replaced, but I am willing to listen to whatever suggestions NE Flooring has. I've seen vinyl floors turn a burnt purple color because of it. The Manufacture of the wood does not have a fade warranty.[redacted]New England Floors
