New England homecare is unprofessional, disorganized and untrustworthy. Aides no-showing was frequent with resolution achieved only by our having to call the agency to first inform them and then spend hours on the phone to straighten things out. Additionally, the quality of individuals sent to the home was questionable at best. Employee reviews on a site called [redacted] reiterate these problems.
