This customer ordered a custom glass shower All custom showers require a non-refundable deposit of 50% and balance upon completion Orders are placed after deposit is received All customers are informed custom orders are non-refundable and take on average 3-weeks to arrive
They are schedule for installation after arrival and inspection for quality We made numerous attempts to contact the customer when the shower arrived to schedule the installation and the customer would not answer the business calls or respond to e-mails The customer contacted their credit card and canceled the deposit/charge We will be pursuing action against this customer for faulty payment as all custom orders are non-refundable and we have and are willing to install custom shower ordered

This customer was contacted directly after this compliant was logged This was a misunderstanding regarding the customer's trash bin An employee mistakenly took the bin thinking it was the company's The trash bin has been returned and *** stated he would retract this
complaint His shower was installed and all issues resolved with the glass breaking to the customer's satisfaction
