This was a renovation/ addition completed in 2010, it was no longer under New England Homes Warranty. Mr [redacted] did call several times and we returned his calls regarding his roof leak. The 1st position is that the home is out of the warranty and we agreed to look at the problem to help them. are a sub-contractor based company and the roofer that did his work was unwilling to look at his roof due to personal issues with this homeowner. Mr [redacted] has talked with several of the New England employees and has been very aggressive with his requests.The roof leak in question appears to be around the cupola which was installed correctly and the leak showed up several years after completion of the home. The leak could be a result of lack of homeowner maintenance. We did have a roofing contractor agree to look at the cupola and try to come up with a solution. However after Mr [redacted] aggressive behavior we concluded that we would no longer be willing to help them address this issue.Feel free to contact me with any questions, Respectfully,
