New England Hood Systems

Review: We had a verbal agreement to install kitchen hoods during a school break in April. Contractor scheduled other work without contacting us and now refuses to do the work in April as agreed.Desired Settlement: Contractor has an $11,700 deposit. We would like to see the hoods that were ordered with that deposit money. Additionally we have serious concerns at this point about allowing this contractor to work in our buildings based on their belligerent behavior and inability to communicate with us..
