Hi I got a letter from you saying Coopers RV stated our camper had a year warrenty as you can see the book state if the camper deterioration such as yellowing or chalking contact the dealer .That exactly what I did contact Coopers This is a defect that why Forest River fixed itWhat I am complaining about is Cooprer never contacted me after me sending the picture to them about the problem I never heard one thing from them until after I filed a complained .At that time our RV was already on it way to Forest River In this letter Cooper made it sound like they contacted Forest River and got them to fix I was the one that contacted Forest River not Coopers .The warrenty person at Forest River told me he had to see the problem he could not tell from pictures That when he made arrangement to pick the camper up at our house not Coopers After seeing the camper he call me and told me they were putting all new side wall on the camper that was a defect on the material used.It was the glue coming thru the sidewall and that a defect All I want people to know Coopers could have contacted me and told me it had one year warrenty then I could have show him what it said in the book then if they did nothing I would have contacted Forest River myselfWhich I did myself since never hearing from themWhat I want people to know their service department is lousy and think twice before buying from Coopers RV This second time the first time right after buying the camper and it still was under warrenty still had problem with them Thanks [redacted] and [redacted] PS If you need anything else let me know

Customer [redacted] date of delivery 7/ this unit has a year warranty from date of purchase this unit was picked up by the manufacture on 10/10/2017to be repaired by them and returned to the customerthanks Sam
