April 18, 2017Revdex.com Attn: Tammy Beck E4" Street, Suite Cincinnati, OH 45202RE: ID [redacted] Dear [redacted] ***, [redacted] purchased a bridal gown on July 2, At the time of purchase, the bride was measured and a size was chosen to orderHer measurements at the time placed her in a size [redacted] ***'s bust and waist placed her in a size and her hip measurement was closer to a size It is important to note that the designer does not cut to individual measurements but to a standard sizeIt was explained to the bride that while the dress will be large in her hip area a competent seamstress will be able to take in the excess fabric so that the gown will fit properlyEnclosed is a copy of the sales receipt with the bride's initials verifying that the style, size, and color.The dress arrived at Bridal and Formal on November 7, The bride came in to pick up the dress on December 18, Enclosed is copy of the receipt with the bride's signatureOn February 5", the bride contacted us, concerned with the fit of the gownWe asked her to bring it back So we can make sure the dress was cut correctly against the manufacturer specifications and to retake her measurementsOn February 8" we received another telephone call from the bride, expressing the same concernsWe again asked her to bring the dress back so We can assess the situation.As of today the bride has not brought the dress back to the storeWithout this necessary step it is impossible for Bridal and Formal to provide any remedies or alteration suggestions for the customerShould you have any further questions please contact us at the above addressSincerely,Bridal and Formal

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  * I was told that I could come in and have someone measure me again, yes but I was also told that there wasn't anything that they could do about it because not only did I "sign off" on the measurement in the first place but that the designer wouldn't be able to get me a new gown in time.
