Poor customer service. Breech of contract.Refusal to cancel acct and pick up their productThis is the email that my book keeper received from [redacted] This is the first time he had bother to respond to us since last December 2013.HI [redacted],Here is the service agreement we discussed on the phone. Please let me know how we could move forward with service.Thank You[redacted]New England Uniform, Inc.355 Union StreetWest Springfield, MA 01089[redacted]This is the final email that I sent to [redacted] of New England Uniform. This outlines the poor business practices and does not even mention that fact that the quality of the uniforms from New England Uniform were unsatisfactory at best. It has been 8 days since I replied to an email from Mr.[redacted] attempting to enforce a bogus contract, and once again I have received NO RESPONSE from anyone concerning this matter. To: [redacted]Acct.#: [redacted],My name is [redacted] of [redacted] I have met with my lawyer and explained this whole situation to him.Your drivers act as the only contact people that we have through your company. Your driver(s)were informed of the change in our uniform service in Sept 2013. Your Driver said, "let me guess, your changing to [redacted] My [redacted] asked your driver what do I need to do to cancel service? He then told us to just let them know when we were getting our new uniforms and they would put in for a pick up and cancel our acct. There was no mention of a contract nor did they attempt to keep our business, therefore I went ahead with the new uniform company. Your driver was told on the 3rd Monday of December that we had our new uniforms. We were told that he would put in for cancellation and would pick up the uniforms next week. We never received a delivery again nor did anyone come to pick up your uniforms however your company continued to bill me? We also called and left a number of messages with your company and NO ONE WOULD EVER CALL US BACK! These facts themselves makes your contract null and void.. An assistant [redacted] showed up "with a uniform delivery" about 6 WEEKS later. Told us he knew nothing about the cancellation, had no idea why we hadn't seen a driver in a month and a half and that he would take care of it and have the uniforms picked up next week. AGAIN no one from your company ever called nor did they pick up your uniforms, and you have still been billing me? My [redacted] has called repeatedly, spoken to your a/r dept. As well as customer service and left several messages on your voicemail and still no one had ever got back to us. It has taken 5 months for you, Mr. [redacted] to get back to us and attempt to enforce a contract. A contract that "automatically" renewed after 4 years without any signature or mention of the renewal whatsoever. That again renders this contact null and void. To say nothing of the fact that you have been billing me for uniforms that have never been delivered. I have never seen such poor business practice then what I have seen from your company. I would appreciate it if you would cancel my contract with your company and kindly come pick up your uniforms this week.. They have been sorted, counted and bagged for returned since the 3rd week of December.. If they are not picked up and this contract is not cancelled with a full credit to my acct. by the end of this week I will file a full report with the Revdex.com as well as write as many online reviews outlining this situation and the poor service we have received from your company.. I have wasted entirely too much of my time on this already.Sincerely, [redacted] XXXXX[redacted]Desired SettlementNew England Uniform owes[redacted] 43.92 for over payment in Dec. 2013. I want a refund check for this amount. I want my balance credited in full. I want my account canceled immediately.Pretty simple -- this is what we have been asking for since last December. Business Response It is a standard industry practice that agreements automatically renew. [redacted] agreement renewed, because we do not have a letter on file, to not renew the agreement.
