Hi There,Our valued client ordered a dress that was customized to fit herShe requested the bust of the dress to be enlarged and we did as she requestedThe dress was labeled a medium instead of large because it was still a medium but we enlarged the cup size for the client per her request and at no extra charge to herWe shipped the dress to her and she tried it on and requested the cup size to be even bigger.We were willing to alter the dress a second time at no extra cost to her but her departure flight came a day sooner than the dress could have been deliveredIn attempt to get the dress to her in time, we even paid for express overnight return shipping so we may alter the dress once more and send it back to her in time for her flightHowever, the client was not able to send the dress back the same day, which is neither party’s fault.After all our efforts she demanded a refundEven though the dress was? customized? and therefore unable to resell, we stated we would be happy to fulfill her refund, however, per our policy, all the shipping fees would be? deductedShe refused.We have once again altered the dress at no cost to her and it has been mailed back to herPlease see the tracking below[redacted] Please Note: This is her second time ordering with usThe first time she purchased a sale item that we gave her store credit for and then she purchased this item using her store creditWith that said, she is actually only entitled to a store credit or exchange, however all customized orders are final and she was made aware of this.Thank You,

That is not trueThey never contacted me, I would NEVER pay $for something that arrived damaged and stained.I provided proof of my phone records that did not have one single incoming call from the store on the day that they claimed.they asked me to go get the top, and I told them I already refused the package as I returned it for a refund as it was damaged upon receiving it!it’s been more then days, since I refused the package! I just want my money back so I do not have to deal with them anymore.I have asked for the tracking number, no responce, Kelly has been nothing but rude to me and very unprofessional. I have proved them wrong with everything the pics that I took of the top the day I received with the iphone time stamp, and my hpone recordsKelly then told me I was lying and my pictures looked “suspicious”Not sure how you fake a time stamp.

The client finally returned the top and although it's way past the deadline for a return, we have issued her a refund
