We give a price back in August to her Son name is *** *** He was requesting a moving services from Laconia NH to El Plano TX I call him at his number *** *** ***, back in August and I give him a special promotion price of $I tell him that it a special
price and he need to book ASAP.We receive a call on August or 30thdays later and the person who call was *** MotherI inform her that the special price of $was going all readyI tell her that the regular price now is $but the best we can do for her was $1375.00The final quote that we give to her was $Because days before was a special promotion that we was running!Our regular price at the time was more than thatOur customer was paying $for same size of move like her Son.She dint book with us and she get upset and she tell us that she was it going to do a bad review in Revdex.com just because of that.We was very honest whit her, we dint do nothing bad, we just give her the information about the price at the momentWe was very professional and we sorry!And she end, we dint move them, she dint book with us and they are not our customer.Thank you very much.Sincerely,*** ***.President

To The Revdex.com, New England Movers is very sorry about MR. [redacted] discomfort. New England Movers try to make sure all our long distance customers household is label with number and has an inventory list that sing by the customer so we try to avoid any confusion.Mr.[redacted] contact ours office...

once with a complain and we connected him with our claim department,  we never heard form the customer again, We will be more then happy to assistant any further. Thank You for your consideration [redacted]

To whom it may concern;In regards to this complaint, New England Movers Inc policy is to confirm the move date and time 24 hours prior to the move date, either by phone or email. In this instance we did send a confirmation and telephone call to the customer. As the customer stated  an email was...

sent regarding the arrival time between 12-1pm.  New England Movers Inc, tries its best to be on time at the customers address as scheduled. We however, can not control the Weather or Traffic congestion in and around [redacted]. We even called the customer to inform her of the traffic delay and proceeded to give her a discount for inconvenience. We deducted 45min ( $86 ) from her bill. We do apologize for any inconvenience and strive each and every day to improve our on time arrivalscheduling. And regarding the damages, we do have a Claim department which handles our customer issues in this regard. A claim number was issued to the customer and the Standard Relocation Insurance applies. Our sales person spoke with Ms. [redacted] on 1/28/2016 and booked her move for 3/11/16.We never called Ms. [redacted] on 2/10/16 because her move was scheduled for a month later, it was lack of understanding!We spoke to Ms. [redacted] that day and we offered her our services for the following day and a...

discount for the discomfort and misunderstanding.Ms. [redacted] did left a massage over the weekend on 2/13/16, New England office is closed over the weekend and we do follow the lines to our dispatch. We use a phone system, and can NOT block phone numbers from our system! We do make sure we check the massages every couple of hours and call back our customer. we usually try to solve the issues over the weekend, if not then we will  contact the customer first thing on Monday 2/15/16.Ms. [redacted] did got a full refund for the one hour deposit that she paid on 2/25/16.Again We are really sorry for the misunderstanding.[redacted]
