beyond expectations for this customersRegarding the site workThere was no written contract but we did attempt to perform the services on three occasionsOn the first attempt the customer changed desired location which was blocked by trees forcing us to rescheduleOn the second attempt the trees had not yet been removed again forcing us to rescheduleOn the final attempt the trees were down but the mess that made the site work impossibleAt this point we asked the customer to find another company to perform the site work as we could no longer afford the escalating man hours due to the customers continued failure to meet agreed upon conditionsRegarding the delivery scheduleWe are only the agent of the manufacturer/installer with no control over delivery times but to the best of our knowledge the shed was completed in a timely mannerThe shed could not be delivered due to the need for site preparation, the shed was in fact delivered apprx weeks after notification of completed site preparationRegarding any requested refunds, we did note there would be a refund if the customer if the customer could not obtain a permit for the shed, but was never an issue brought forward to us and we believe a permit was obtainedRegarding having to contact the manufacturer/installer directly, this is a procedure for scheduling delivery and in fact the manufacturer/installer contacts the customerAt this point the process we are no longer directly involved as a middle man in order to insure accurate communicationRegarding the missing loft (see attached contract) The customer did not purchase and was not charged for a loftHowever we and the manufacturer do understand some miscommunication could have occurred, so at no charge the customer was offered a cupola and they accepted as a resolution to the concernRegarding the behavior of one of the employees ***We cannot comment directly on what is essentially hearsayWe have found *** to always be professional and courteousMany of our customers come back to him directly because of how he handles any concerns and issues which may arise
