New England Paving

Review: New England Paving agreed to repair a drainage issue in our driveway. We were talked out of installing a French/trench drain by New England Paving and were told that if their repair didn't work, they would come back and drink the water from the driveway and garage with a straw. Their repair didn't work! It has been 2 years with countless messages left on their answering machine. This work was done for my elderly mother and they took her money and ran, never to be heard from again. We have recently contacted other contractors who agree with installing a French/trench drain to repair the drainage issue, however, now it will cost another $5,000 to repair. We have already paid $2,000 to New England Paving and they have yet to contact us to remedy the situation. They should be ashamed of themselves for deceiving an elderly woman and not standing by their work.Desired Settlement: At the very least, we would like for and England Paving to honor their word and fix their repair by installing a French/trench drain. If this is not possible, we would like a full refund so we can go through with having the repair done properly.
