Remember the old days when your parents would hire someone on a handshake and the person actually kept his/her wordI am pleased to say that twice in my adult life I have experienced the same thingOnce with a small family run garage door company and now with NEQAS My dryer vent was clogged and my dryer kept blowing out an internal safety fuseMy appliance repairman told me to call a vent cleaning companyI researched home advisor and called NEQAS, Mario [redacted] , the technician, came out and worked for over an hour using brush extensions and an industrial vacuumIt appeared to be cleaned out, but the next day the dryer blew the safety fuse once againMy appliance repairman said the dryer vent must still be cloggedI called Mario and he came back and worked on it for another hourStill, the dryer continued to blow out the internal safety fuseMy appliance man asked me if I already paid for the vent cleaning serviceWhen I said yes, he laughed and told me NEQAS (Mario [redacted] ) would never come backI replied that I could be wrong, but Mario appeared to be a sincere, professional manNot only did Mario come back a third time at no additional cost to me, he worked for another hour and a half and cut a hole in the sheet metal box located in the basementHe was able to take out years of clogged lint which accumulated at the boxMy dryer vent is now clear and Mario renewed my faith in the American WorkerNeedless to say, I called my appliance repairman to inform him he was incorrect I am now on a yearly maintenance plan with Mr [redacted] and confident that my dryer vent will never be clogged again!

I'm new to the New England Area and have had no experience with Pellet stoves. When my home became smokey it was time to call somebody. I talked with the office and let them know my issue. She said they will come out and inspect both chimneys and let me know if they both need to be cleaned.....I'm thinking yeah right. I will have to have them both cleaned regardless.
I had the pleasure of having Mario come to my house and inspect both chimneys. He cleared out a nest and let me know that the other was pretty clean and would not need any service. Our condo group hired NEQAS after receiving a high recommendation from another Condo group.
I organized 4 buildings to have dryer and vent cleaning. I dreaded the task. NEQAS was a breeze to work with.
Debbie in the office offered us four types of services. She gave me several suggestions for organizing this job.
The day of the first job....a major snow storm shut down the highways. Debbie worked with me on rearranging.
Mario and Eugene arrived promptly. Everyone was happy with the amount of information they were given about the process.
Mario and Eugene were careful with their equipment and owner's property.
They did an excellent job.
