As this was my first time ever purchasing a home I was hesitant and very cautious about which mortgage broker to use. I found New England Residential Finance LLC as I was searching through Google and I could not be more pleased with my decision to use them. I had many questions as this was all new territory for me and Mike made himself available to talk with me and explain all my options. Not once did Mike ever pressure me to go with a particular loan but instead he fully explained each loan so that I could pick what best worked for me. Mike was available all hours of the day and his work day did not end at 5PM like most. I appreciated the fact that after I had finished working I could email him and he would respond immediately regardless of what time it was. Mike was also available on Saturday and Sunday's which was helpful as these were the days I was off from work and able to get things done.
