This guy is a fraud and a liar, there was nothing lost in the mail or re-sentThe only thing confirmed by me was the defective item he sent and his shady business practicesAfter the 3rd party was able to contact the owner with regards to the warranty replacement he sent an email with return information and stated "Please be sure to send me the tracking info once you have it so I can monitor the packages delivery and process your replacement in a timely manner." Following his email, I replied that customers shouldn't be made to pay the cost to send his defective merchandise backHere are the owners own words after bringing to his attention about his shady practices "Thanks and good luck with your replacement.Your emails will no longer be responded too or even be received by our system" Good luck with my replacement? My emails will no longer be responded to or received? I think its clear what his intentions areShady business practicesRegards,
