New England Sheds also known as CT Sheds is inept and not a business you want to deal with. If anyone wants to buy a shed or gazebo do NOT buy it from a person called Dimitrios from CT Sheds. Email will be [redacted] or [redacted]. The guy is very disturbed and knows no boundaries of normal decent behavior. His service is inept, his management of his business clumsy and I caution you to deal with him. I got a great shed (8 x 10') for a great price (~$1.7k) but even after two years, he has inaccurately accused me of not paying the bill in full which I did and was forced to send him proof recently, after having it for 2 years. His barrage of email harassment is very concerning before I was forced to do this to make him go away. Happy to share more details. I found him on [redacted].
I can share emails that he sent prior to final payment and two years after we had the shed where he harassed me with very disturbing references to my family and my character. He is unhinged and very very disturbed.
There were promises on delivery and many delays. Often we were told it was due to a family issue or his health or the weather. I am surprised I got a shed in the end reading some of these complaints.

Review: I purchased a shed from New England Sheds on May 6, 2013 from an add for pre-built sheds on craigslist. I dealt with Demetrious and he said the shed was built in February and would be delivered on June 7, 2013. Weather caused delays and then I was informed by [redacted] on June 25, 2013 that [redacted] had appendicidus and he would take over. No communication since June 25th. I put a 50% down payment on a credit card on May 7, 2013 and am trying to get me money back.I went to the 65 Burritt St location on June 29th and found that Atlas Concrete was located there and everything was locked up. I called Atlas Concrete and they said they don't have a warehouse of sheds for New England Sheds.Still no response and I have stopped trying.

Review: I signed a purchase agreement with New England Sheds Company on 12/14/2012to build a 10'x12' vinyl shed to be delivered to me in the spring of this year at my address [redacted] XXXXX. This contract also included them building the site out of crushed stone. I gave [redacted] a check fo $1742 as a down payment. After many e-mails with him and broken delivery dates I asked for my deposit back telling him I was having another company make my shed. He stopped contact with me and I haven't heard from him since May 1st when he told me I was now 7th on his list.

Review: I contracted for the delivery of a 12x18 shed on Oct 6, 2014 with Steel City Sheds (Custom Services I LLC D/B/A Steel City Sheds) . I have repeatedly tried calling and emailing the company to ask for an updated delivery schedule to no avail. Emails have been unanswered. Phone messages have not been returned. Initially I was working with his associate [redacted], but after the last communication on Oct 17th there has been nothing. I already told them I needed this before winter and have since found a local shed on my own without all this hassle, delays, excuses and lack of communication. [redacted]'s phone is ###-###-#### and while it used to work, eventually the inbox was full and now it seems the phone has been disconnected. I've now tried calling the main number in [redacted] but the owner [redacted] never responds after repeated messages. They have my $2,523 down payment which was charged as a 50% deposit on 10/8/2014. After researching this more I came across the investigation by [redacted] and the work by [redacted] for the State of [redacted] and Commissioner [redacted] to resolve a similar batch of issues back in Nov 22 of 2013. I feel embarrassed that I did not catch this ahead of time but before the actions against him were brought up as New England Sheds, and then sold us our shed with a name change as Steel City Sheds (Custom Services I LLC). It turns out there are over 7 different addresses he uses ([redacted]) and a wide variety of business names. If this issue is not handled properly I will be taking legal action as well as contacting local news media so that this doesnt happen to anyone elseDesired Settlement: I would like my [redacted] card credited with the deposit of $2,523.31 which Steel City Sheds owes me.

Review: I ordered a shed from these folks, and they took a $1700 dep and never came through on the promise. [redacted] the manager used the excuse that the owner died, the DOT stopped them, then this [redacted] guy says [redacted] is fired and I will get my money back that was three days ago, can't reach him and he won't return my calls or emails. Review: I was told that the product would be delivered on 5/2 or 5/3/13 and I have not been contacted with a new delivery date.

Since 5/10/13 I have not received any responses from New England Sehd company concerning a shed order that I paid per the contract on 3/7/13. I was promised delivery on 5/2 or 5/3 and have been given multiple excuses as to why it was not delivered. I have called and email everyday for 12 days and have not received any response. Desired Settlement: I am looking to get a full refund. There is no responses and I have no idea if there is any intent on receiving the shed which I paid half for on 3/17/13.

Review: Company sold me a shed, I executed purchase contract and my credit card was debited for 50% as a downpayment.This happened on 8/20/13.They were to send color selections. Nothing came. Review: I was promised my shed over 6 weeks ago. Review: In Aug 2013 I replied to a Craigslist ad titled "45 sheds marked down". I was in contact with a [redacted] I agreed to purchase a 12X20 shed on 8/30 and paid a deposit of $2943.75.This was to include site prep, delivery and installation. On 9/6/13 I asked if I could downsize do to building permit restrictions and was told that there was a 10X20 still available, so I agreed to take that one. I was given at least 3 delivery dates which never happened so after many emails and phone calls I was told that I would get delivery on Friday 9/27 between 1 and 4 PM. Friday came and is now gone and none of my emails and phone calls are being returned. I have contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. Also after doing some research with the Revdex.com, It appears that there is a pattern of this type of behavior with NESHEDS.comThey are still advertising on Craigslist with a similar promotion.So they have my deposit of $2943.75. and have delivered nothing.Desired Settlement: Refund of deposit of $2943.75

Review: On September 30, 2014 I put a deposit of $1,477.06 on my [redacted] card for a 10' X 14' shed from Steel City Sheds with [redacted] the sales rep. During this transaction, [redacted] was very responsive to my questions, easy to get a hold of and if I left a voice message he would return my phone calls with-in a day. My shed delivery date was scheduled for November 8, 2014. I was notified Wednesday November 5, 2014 by email that delivery might need to be pushed off to the following Monday November 10, 2014 due to weather which I understood. I was informed by [redacted] through email that he would contact me either way to confirm this. Then I received an email November 8, 2014 from [redacted] stating that their delivery truck was in an accident (this was the last time I heard from [redacted]). I was under the impression from our conversations that my new deliver date was now scheduled for that Monday November 10, 2014. I did not receive a confirmation call and no crew ever showed up at my home. Several attempts were made to communicate with [redacted] and Steel City Sheds via email and telephone seeking an update regarding my order. I have not received a response from [redacted] or Steel City Sheds as of yet to my questions and concerns. I fear, based on the lack of communication from Steel City Sheds that I am out my deposit of $1,477.06. I am unable to order a new shed until I can retrieve my deposit back. Can you please assist me with this transaction? I need my large deposit credited back to my [redacted] card as soon as possible. Review: Long and short of this... I was Scammed out of a deposit of $1000.00 Same as all the others. [redacted] was in touch during the process of contracting for the shed. I'm NOT a person that High Pressure sales works on. We put a deposit down last week, went to our town to obtain the permit, we had an education on permits. We need some more information from [redacted]. The insurance paper work he gave us was bogus . We called him and the # was disconnected. The time one of us spoke with him last Nov 12.2014. I have contacted the Britain CT Police Department ###-###-####. Was informed to make a complaint with my local PD. Review: I purchased a shed from Demitrios on April 18th via a craigslist post. A delivery date of May 10th was set and a deposit of $1856.25 was sent to him and the shed was never delivered! He will not return calls and messages left for him and didn't deliver the product. I have contacted my credit card company to try and recoup the deposit however he sent an email wanting it in writing, he didn't follow through and needs to return my deposite. He was easy to get a hold of but after the contract had been signed he was very difficult to reach and now I can't get a hold of him to return the money HE IS A THIEF!

the buyer is a story teller, during delivery in the middle of the window he became anxious, and in return wanted me to find out why they were still driving, as I did I found out that they were in the middle of a state inspection since it was a wideload, and I spoke to the officer and by doing this I prolonged his work, in the mean time, the buyer calls us making statements that would make any business selling a large item ticket worried, he said " I cannot afford this and am waiting" if you cant afford it why did you purchase it? and was he planning a chargeback after we delivered or not paying us, , and I do mean they were crazy, he made comparisons to his brothers dealings with another company, I just asked why he didnt go to them, he was buying a marked down shed, which after he stated he couldnt afford and the truck was still in the middle of the DOT inspection, after the call, I got a call from his representative making threats (HIS FATHER) [redacted] asked his dad to try and scare us, he said he worked for an agency for the state of MASS which frankly who cares, after the threat and the comments of not being able to afford the purchase, I made a safe judgement call, return the shed to base, and I asked the buyer in direct words which were emailed, mail us a signed letter to the PO box, which is our policy asking for a refund. it was plain and simple and easy. But the bafoon went and filed a chargeback which takes long, again second time in as many days, he had his foot in his mouth, he thinks he knows everything, if he would have been patient and waited for the delivery window, he would have had the shed, calling us in the middle of the window, and then after all I needed was the letter, its out of our hands, he filed a chargeback,

The truth of the matter is he really cant afford the shed, it shows in how crazy he is acting to get the money back,

if he would have just sent the letter we wanted to give the money back but he called and started an complaint process which is out of my hands and out of his hands, and in the hands of the merchant service processor and his credit card company, they already took the money from us, its in escrow,

stop harassing us and call your credit card company, we dont have the money yet, they advised you and told you that once this process begins the take the funds from us and holdit in escrow,

also get therapy man, you have serious issues.

remember if you would have been patient the shed would have been there in the window, and if you would have just sent us the letter as I told you to, the refund would have been processed, I told you how to get the refund, you didnt even have to ask, remember this, you walk backwards too much, but your in your own boat which you created again.

This merchant is fabricating many things such as the window had come and gone. I was told they would be here between 11 and 2 but that it looked like they were going to be here at 1 o'clock. My first call to them was after 2. I looked into permits as he would have had to file for over width and no permit was pulled He is a scam artist and never had any intention of delivering me a shed at all! I never once told him I couldn't afford the shed I simplely told him it was a large purchase and a lot of money to spend on something that didn't arive during the time frame given. New England Sheds didn't follow the contract they signed and provided and are simplely trying to make up lies to cover the fact that they are a company that is unprofesional. I have several emails that will verify my story and you can call the number on there web site and see it is disconnected! You can see by his rant that he is a fool and people should stay away unless they too want to be RIPPED OF!

I understand you were frustrated but if we were thieves why did we refund your money before you filed the complaint, your actions say your hurt and we understand that the circumstances did not allow for the delivery due to your fathers threats. For what its worth next time do the transaction yourself, these deliveries sometimes take the full 4 hours, so when we got to your home and your daddy started threatening us, it was more important that the workers have a chance to work in a safe environment. you should get counseling for yourself and your father since you both have serious deep rooted anger.

I am sorry but if your dad was not there that day you would be singing praises for us. and a theif is someone that takes something, you have your money, we lost on the delivery and still are considering taking you to small claims court for the cost of the delivery $713 which you still owe us. we would appreciate a cashiers check or money order. we will give you until the end of summer and then will pursue you legally for this, this complaint should have not of happened, you know that, and you know the truth that your Dad said the awful things and threatened us.

Review: on April 24, 2013 I put a deposit on an outdoor shed from NE Shed Company.I paid $1,493.28 on my discover card.My shed delivery date (was promised to be installed before Memorial Day) was never given to me despite many attempts to communicate with salesperson ([redacted]@nesheds.com)via email and telephone. Finally I received an installation date of Friday 5/31/2013. Then last week I received an email from the company stating that their truck used to deliver large items (in my area) was in a serious accident and that they have had to postpone all deliveries until they could get a replacement truck. They further assured me that they would not hold my deposit but would refund it immediately (this was on 5/16/2013).Today I received another email from the company stating that through a clerical glitch, they refunded all customers (including ones who had already received their sheds) so they had to put a "hold" on their bank account.I am "out my deposit of $1,493.28 until they can straighten out this issue. Review: Contracts were signed for the delivery of a shed, a 50% deposit was made, charged to my credit card, and they failed to deliver the shed. Several calls and emails to the business were not returned. The cell number for "[redacted]" was not a working number. They have stolen $1950 from me. Review: Shed not delivered. Company has my money.

This company operates under multiple names and the owner [redacted] has been arrested and extradited to PA for stealing $30,000 worth of property. He took a down payment of $1250 on March 13th, was insistent he get the money right away. He verbally promised to deliver the shed in mid April. Then he said he could not deliver until May 3rd. On May 1st he said he could not deliver until May 13th. On May 13th, an hour after the delivery time passed, he texted me that he could not deliver the shed. He would not provide a photo of the shed or allow me to see it. He also does not answer the phone. He then used expletives in text messages when I questioned the latest excuse. He has told me two times that his delivery people got into accidents. Do a google search of his name and you will find arrests and people complaining about scams.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, and this guy to be charged for the scam artist he is. I know Revdex.com has no legal authority, but WATCH OUT!

this transaction was refunded without a request from the customer. the customers actions led to the transaction being voided. He was fully refunded prior to this complaint being filed. The customer cursed and made the workers feel uneasy, he made sexual advances towards our secretary and she asked us to keep him away when this occurred on the Friday of the scheduled delivery we immediately canceled the order. We do not sale to these type of people. Its not proper how he doesn't mention this at all and asks for money when it was fully refunded 2 days prior to the complaint on 5/7 He continued to send her flowers after the complaint and we asked him to stay 500 feet away from our property.

We do not ask for money upfront, we follow a proper policy as does the industry, 50% down and 50% at delivery, he had a problem with it since it seemed he couldn't afford it there is a contract and agreement which we can terminate with a refund and notification which we did. the rest of his ramblings are lies and disgusting. He wanted the entire time to barter to fix our computer system and do a full website in exchange for the shed which we did not want.

This response is bizarre. Not one claim has any merit at all. This company isn't even a company it's ONE person, so it's not even possible that I sent flowers to some fictional secretary. There was no attempt at deliver or a refund, and there was certainly no attempt at bartering for a shed. It's all so ridiculous and easily shown to be false.

This person is fraud, and he is stealing from people.

I ordered a custom built shed in October 2012 and paid a 50% deposit of $1755.55. It was supposed to be delivered within a few weeks of the contract date according to their schedule. Time passed and no communication on the delivery date. Several phones calls and emails resulted in promises of "next week" or "in a copule weeks" or "as soon as the weather is good". Then, the excuses were it's "too cold" over the winter. I contacted them again in February for a date and again was promised in a "couple weeks" but again no commitment to a date. Since then New ENglad Sheds have not answered any of my emails or phone calls to their business. Desired Settlement: All I wanted was a simple shed in my back yard. I could have had one 10 times over by now. Given the extremely poor service by the New England Shed Company I want a full refund of my deposit of $1755.55 since no work has been done nor has anything been delivered to me.

I have sent the company a certified letter of my complaint on May 25, 2013. The official tracking of the letter via USPS indicates that the company has been notified but no one has retreived the letter from the Post Office as of June 6, 2013.
