We are in receipt of the complaint that you submitted to the Revdex.comAfter reading the complaint I am sorry to learn that you seem to be having difficulties obtaining test dates with the Massachusetts RegistryA careful review of your file indicated the following informationYou
were interviewed for Class B CDL training on October 29, At the conclusion of the interview you completed the application process and signed an enrollment agreement on the same day to take our hour Class B CDL training programTotal cost of the program is $registration fee and $tuitionYou were also responsible for paying your own drug test, physical fee and road test feesRecords indicate that you paid all feesYou commenced training on November 2, and completed on November 20, Attendance records indicate that you maintained almost a perfect record of attendanceYour classroom grades were very good and your practical driving skills score was rated as averageUpon completion of the program a test date was secured for you through the Massachusetts Registry of Motor VehiclesIt’s important to understand that we do not control when and where tests will take placeThis is a state function and we are all at their discretion as to when the road tests take placeAll graduates are allowed to continue practicing their driving skills at the school for no additional charge until their test date arrivesIN particular graduates are urged to come to the school for the immediate few days before a test to practice driving and really be ready for the actual testAccording to our instructional staff, you have not come to the school to practice prior to each of your attempts thus far to pass the road testNot taking advantage of this benefit appears to have hurt your ability to pass the testSince you were thoroughly informed about the training and you made an informed decision to enroll and attend, we are at a loss why you feel any refund would be due to youWe are not able to guarantee that graduates pass the state exam but our graduates have reasonably good success and we publish our annual pass rates on the NETTTS websiteHowever, we truly want to help youOnce again we are extending an offer for you to contact the school to arrange additional training and practice at no extra chargeYou should do this for several days prior to your next date so you will be ready for the actual state testPlease contact me at your earliest convenience so we can get you back at the school

Complainant was enrolled in our school from 1/13/15-4/18/15. WE inform all students who attend our school that we strive to get state police test dates for them in 2-3 weeks (after graduation) range. We explain to them that we are at the complete mercy of the state police availability schedule so...

that timeframe can and often does fluctuate. Every student is informed of that and acknowledges such. Due to scheduling reasons not under our control the wait period has been slightly extended. As a courtesy to our students we offer them unlimited additional practice time at no cost so they can keep their skills sharp awaiting their test. All students (except complainant) take full advantage of that, get their test and pass. On Sunday May 17th we held a very successful job fair at our school. We also hosted the [redacted] at our site that day so our students could see and meet the best of the best in MAass in the occupation our students are about to enter. Due to that activity there was no physical yard training that day. Our student population loved it. While we were setting up for the job fair, I hear the complainant expressing his anger that he was told about this day. I asked how that could be because for the last weeks we were advertising it everywhere, on our website, [redacted] page, in radio stations etc.. I told him it was the talk of the school for all four prior weeks and I was shocked he hadn't’ heard. He told me hadn’t been in in four weeks. He told me no one called him for a test yet and it has been six weeks (it was five). I asked why he wasn’t in to practice for so long since that was the trick so succeeding. HE started to get very hostile at me very quickly. I asked him to step to the side to speak with me because a crowd was starting to gather for the day's festivities. He refused and started talking much louder and more aggressively at me. He was causing a disturbance. I had to ask him to leave if he wouldn’t speak in private. He got heated to the point where I had no option but to tell him if he didn’t leave on his own I would have to call the police. He then started to walk away yelling louder and louder, informing me that we would never see him again. The following week we tried calling him several times to come in to speak with us.  The original number he provided us was no longer any good. I informed my staff supervisor that the decision was made by the School Director that he would not be allowed to practice until he did come in to speak with us and if he showed up unannounced he was to be sent home. Sunday May 24th he showed up (unannounced) at the training field and my Lead Instructor [redacted] explained the situation to him and that he would have to leave for the day and call the school to arrange a time to speak with the Director of the school and me, the Director of Safety and Training. He immediately became very hostile, belligerent and threatening to her, to the point where the police did have to be called. He left before they arrived but they did patrol the area to ensure he didn’t return. When she informed me of the assault I asked her if she knew of any other phone number for him and she did find one. I immediately called him. He told me he was already home. I explained to him that what she said to him was correct. He became hostile to me on the phone. When the school director heard about it the next day the decision was made that for the safety of all parties he was no longer allowed at the school under any circumstances. [redacted], the agency that funded his training program and explained what happened. They were complete agreement with us that it was no longer safe for him to be affiliated with our school. One last point, as of today the last of his classmates will be tested  on the road, driving in their new career. A copy of this letter is also be mailed to you with additional contact information
