New England Undercoating & Spray in Bedliner

Called The Track suit as he calls himself to schedule 4 trucks. All brand New Rams I use for my business. After the sticker shock of this purchase I wanted to make them last because the Cummins Engines are great but the Frame and Body will rot out up here. That's what happened to my last 4 trucks. Everything was going great he was bragging how he just booked 5 GM trucks for the town of Canton and knew they were going to rot anyways because they were GM but that's ok. I was ready to book the 4 trucks for service when I asked a question about one of his videos where he is ripping off rotted rocker panels from a truck. I asked what his company did to prevent that. He must have misheard me because he said they use Eastwood internal frame coating. When I questioned using a frame coating on the inside of body panels that's when things got ugly. He started swearing, yelling that he wasn't going to stick a f'ing wand in every body cavity. If I wanted to get oiled do that. Then without skipping a beat told me he doesn't need my 4 f'ing trucks and to go f myself. He then hung up on me. I didn't know Oil undercoating was a thing until I googled it. It brought me to Northeast Rust Proofing. After calling there the gentleman was very knowledgeable and polite. When I brought up NEU nothing bad was said just more on why there method works. Anyone looking to protect your investment definitely DON'T call NEU but call NORTHEAST RUST PROOFING. I'm so glad that Tracksuit was so unprofessional and led me on the right direction to actually save my trucks. Booked all 4 with Northeast Rust Proofing!

Let me start by saying that nobody does what New England Undercoating does!! I came in devastated with a terrible undercoating job done by a random shop I made the mistake of taking my car to. Paulie and his crew went above and beyond with my vehicle! I was as happy picking it up like when I first bought my jeep. My *** looks AMAZING! Paulie kept me updated throughout the whole process, I am very satisfied with the job and would recommend him. Now my car will last me for many years and my investment is well protected! Paulie you are the best!! Don’t believe those one star reviews and crappy pictures posted. When I picked up my car the paint looked nothing like that. My paint looked nice, smooth and shiny!?? Hats off to you and your crew.

Paul and his crew does a fantastic job with his customers, he backs his word on all his work. I know of 4 vehicles that were done to perfection by Paul. Unfortunately there are 2 unhappy customers out of 100's and those are the only ones everyone hears from but never HEAR great reviews to Revdex.com because everyone is very satisfied. If I owned a company and had 2 bad reviews out of 500 customers I would be very grateful. Paul's rating should be A+++.

I don’t understand what others are saying. My Jeep was done by NEU . I couldn’t be happier!!! Matter of fact I love the product and the job they did. I became part of the company . It’s truly a amazing undercoating

Overall bad experience. My vehicle was at there location for over 2 weeks. Once "completed" I inspected it and there was many missing spots that were not coated. I brought the truck back to get redone. I went back to pick it up and none of the spots we talked about were done. On top of that my full size spare tire was missing, which I never got back. I also inspected further and they only applied one coat when I paid extra for two. Also, the coating they used was not POR-15, they used some cheap paint. So no my vehicle condition is worse that it was before bringing it. Basically Paul is a scam artist, do not do business with him.

Paul is honestly nothing but a thief! I was better off lighting my money on fire then having New England Undercoating “undercoat” my car. I have a *** and the work that was done is SICKENING at best. Even though it is advertised, the Company does NOT wash, degrease, sandblast, prime and undercoat the car, as there was still caked on mud under my car. Hell, they didn’t even undercoat mine!
Paul and his employees missed dozens of OBVIOUS spots on my car and for nearly $1,000 I expected the work to be immaculate when honestly a toddler could have finger painted the undercoating on my car better then it was applied and I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT!
If you are reading this DO NOT bring your car to New England Undercoating as you will get ripped off and he will the then tell you that “there is nothing he can do” when you ask him to rectify it because I said I just wanted my money back as his shop is a 2.5 hour round trip from my house and I’m not wasting 5 hours for anything terribly disappointing result.
I inspected my car on a lift which allowed me to inspect the work thoroughly and being very picky about my car, I immediately noticed that approximately 70% if the undercarriage WAS NOT TOUCHED OR UNDERCOATED!
Also when I picked up my car he asked to write a review because “people who he wouldn’t hire and his competitors were writing fake reviews on his page,” which was clearly a lie!
Please, do not let him steal your money as he did with mine!
