I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined
that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***In fact the installation team arrived here this afternoon and remedied all issues (there is one small final step that the project manager will complete later this week).The response by the Pella team was extremely fast and professional. And I feel the installation now reflects the expected and promised quality.Based on the rapid and professional resolution of this issue, I would not hesitate to do business again with Pella and would be able to recommend them without reservation.I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
