At this time, I have been contacted directly by My Tech Bays, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They wouldn't honor the day refundWhen I called to cancel I was told that there was no supervisor available but a supervisor would
contact me the next day which no one didSo I called back and this time I was told that the June transactions were not on my file; like it never happenedHowever my credit card still had the transactions as activeWhen I called again the phone number was no longer in serviceI know it is a lost cause and just want to put this all behind me
