Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They sent me emails, the 1st was to declare /they would respond, the 2nd was to respond with a revised contractdue to my night work schedual I dont read my email for daysLast frida;y 28th I responded to the email to pick up the garbage any time they wantand just to let me know when they are coming to complete around the out side window And I have received missed phone call from Mr ***Just complete the workWe dont have to keep on talking about itJust be sincere and do it yours sincerely [redacted]

We have received a complaint against our company in regards to the customer listed above. There was an
error made by our company on the completion of the project for the customer listed above. After becoming aware of the issue, we contacted the homeowner to solve the problem. The customer responded to our first contact attempt regarding how to proceed. We offered to have the project completed the following week, with the remaining balance going directly toward finishing the project and any money over and above, would be returned to the homeowner. After first making contact, we have not been able to get in touch with the homeowner. We have placed multiple phone calls and sent several emails with no response. We would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I am rejecting this response because: This issue can not be accepted until the work is doneIm not sure if the email I just sent went so I will repeat it . I have now sent Mr *** emails with the same information in them which I will repeat againYes you can pick up the debris in my driveway from the bathroom and complete the siding around the outside of the window any time you wantJust let me know when you are coming
