New Era Asset Management, LLC has reviewed the complaint filed by Ms [redacted] Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to respondOn May 2, 2018, New Era received for servicing an unpaid account in the name of Ms [redacted] The following day, our agents began attempts to locate her, as permitted by federal lawOur agents left telephone messages at various telephone numbers which could have been hers or people who could help us locate her A total of approximately telephone calls were placed across six different telephone numbers over daysNo single telephone number was called more than timesWe never connected with a live person; nor did anyone ever call us backSo, we do not know exactly which calls went to Ms [redacted] However, every message I heard included the name of our company and sounded like a call from a business (not a friend)Upon receipt of your letter, all efforts to locate Ms [redacted] immediately ceased Ms [redacted] states she wants no further contact or telephone callsThat is what has happened since May 15thAlso, we will not place any more calls again regarding this accountPlease contact the undersigned if we can be of any additional help in this matterSincerely, David GP***, EsqGeneral Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer New Era Asset Management, LLC

Dear Sir/Madam: New Era Asset Management, LLC has reviewed the complaint filed by Ms***Thank you for allowing us an opportunity to respondNew Era Asset Management LLC is a collection agencyOur representatives worked diligently with Ms*** to find a payment arrangement that would
work for her with the intent to resolve her ***
*** *** debt ending in Representatives noted Ms*** was unsatisfied with the merchandise she chose to purchase and offered to discount her balance owed though a settlement agreementWhen Ms*** stated she was unable to satisfy the bill in any fashion our representatives stopped communicating with Ms***Over three weeks have passed with no contact from our office and this complaint is the first communication we have had with Ms*** since. After reviewing the account call history, notes and speaking with the representatives that handled Ms. ***'s account I feel they adhered to company policies and procedures and the account was handled in a professional manorWe will honor Ms***'s request to stop calls and have placed her account in a "do not contact" status unless she calls into our office. It is unfortunate the items broke before she finished paying for them and outside of warranty however, that does not free her of the financial responsibility she took when financing themTo better assist Ms*** in understanding her financial obligation we have attached to this response all original statements outlining the terms and conditions of her agreementWe remain willing to assist her in resolving this obligationAs of today this account remains unpaid. Our agents left telephone messages at various telephone numbers which could have been hers or people who could help us locate her.  A total of approximately 12 telephone calls were placed across six different telephone numbers over 11  days. No single telephone number was called more than 3 times. We never connected with a live person; nor did anyone ever call us back. So, we do not know exactly which calls went to Ms. [redacted].  However, every message I heard included the name of our company and sounded like a call from a  business (not a friend). Upon receipt of your letter, all efforts to locate Ms. [redacted] immediately ceased.  Ms. [redacted] states she wants no further contact or telephone calls. That is what has happened since May 15th.
