At this time, I have been contacted directly by Tiffany's Automotive INC regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been
resolved because:
They still have my vehicle it is now October *** and I still have not gotten my car back from them and they are still giving me the run around about my car I should have gotten my car back in August this is absurd

Review: On July **, 2015 my vehicle was towed to this body shop after being involved in an accident. I was told by my insurance and by the body shop this was a two week job. It's September *, 2015 and I've been being lied to by Elise who handles the company phone calls. She told me my vehicle would be ready on August **, 2015, when I called on that day she said the car was almost ready they were waiting on 2 pieces from the Lexus Dealership. She then tells me it will be ready Tuesday September [redacted]. Tuesday I call she says the car will be ready Thursday September [redacted] for me to come pick it up. I call on that day to verify the car is ready before taking the trip out there. I called the body shop over 10 times and no one answered my call. With their track record I didn't want to take the trip to the body shop and my car still isn't ready. Since calling the body was unsuccessful I called Elise's cell phone. Her daughter answered and told me that her mother said she would call me back. She never returned my call. Friday September [redacted] I called the body shop and my call went straight to voicemail. I then tried calling from another phone number and Elise picks up the phone. I asked if my calls from my cell phone is being blocked and she states they had a power outage the day before which is why no one was asking. I asked if my car was ready and she said no they are still waiting on Lexus but it's almost done. She then tells me to call her back after 1pm. I did not call. I knew something was odd and I needed to see for myself what was really going on with my car. On Saturday the [redacted] I went with my cousin and when we got there the shop was closed. I remember my car being parked in a lot across the street from their business. I walk over and see my car and my car is no where near complete. All they have done is taken off the front bumper. They have deceived me and my insurance company. A two week job that has been going on for six weeks. I don't understand why I was being lied to. I do not trust them.Desired Settlement: I want Tiffany's Automotive INC to release my vehicle to my insurance adjuster and refund us our money and pay for rental coverage until my vehicle is ready. Had the job been completed in a timely manner I would have a car right now. Now I have to take my car elsewhere to a trustworthy place and wait an additional two weeks for the work to be completed. Since July ** my car has been in their possession it is now September * and I still have no vehicle.

Review: Tiffany's Automotive has had my car for 8 months with zero correspondence and no repairs finished. I've paid them in full. They continue to hold my car unprepared. I have been loosing at least one day a week of work for the entire time of this ordeal. To the management and crew are unprofessional at Tiffany's Automotive is a colossal understatement.Desired Settlement: The car will be assessed by a AAA registered shop. The car will then be repaired by an insurance company registered shop if possible or replaced at the expense of Tiffany's Automotive. The additional fees for personal damages will also ensue.

Review: Hired the mentioned company to repair my vehicle. It was been over a month and a half considering they said two weeks the car would be done. After the two weeks, I was informed by the end of the week. After that, there was an issue with ordering. Now the person is claiming there is personal family issues and they still don't have the part. Now they don't answer my calls or continue to use excuse after excuse. I still don't have answers or my car.Desired Settlement: I want to take my business else where. I want my money and never work with them again. Please help!

Review: I got in a car accident Saturday night 11/**/15 and (who I am lead to believe is) the owner of Tiffany's Automotive Inc. 'Arron' offered to help me by putting my un-drivable 2007 Nissan Versa in his garage. Asking him at the scene of the accident what it might cost he never mentioned anything over $1,000.

I called various times leaving multiple voice messages trying to find out when I could expect a quote. During one call (before I received any quote) I asked if I had any charges under my name and they said 'no'.

Only until 12/**/15 @ 5:58PM did I finally get a quote emailed to me by [redacted] ([redacted])

"Parts needed ate as follows

Right fender,right headlight,front bumper,main grill,strut,lower control,wheel alignment, and additional brackets need for bumper ,paint,labor $3,500.00 requested amount $3,200.00 half deposit needed for repairs thank you.

I talked to the mechanic by my work and he gave me a quote on 12/**/16 of $1685 after I showed him the quote [redacted] sent me.

I call Tiffany's Automotive Inc. 12/**/16 to say I want to tow my car to another shop and they tell me I will have to pay $1,500 (discounted from $1,800) for storage because it costs $60/day for storage. There was never any storage fee discussed with me or on any paperwork I signed. They will not release my car until I pay $1,500 +$60 every following day.Desired Settlement: I will only pay for storage after the date I got the quote 12/**/15. Today is 12/**/15, that equals to $300 +$60 every following day.

Since I was never notified about any storage fee and signed a paper with them that states "You have the right to have your motor vehicle repaired in the shop of your choice"including the fact that when I specifically asked over the phone if I owed Tiffany's Automotive anything they said 'no' and didn't take the opportunity to warn me of any storage fees.
