We have contacted Amazon numerous times and they confirmed it was refundedAmazon was not able to confirm what account it was deposited into (for security reasons)So there is no way we can confirm that the account statements the customer is providing are the correct ones.We also provided the proof of the refund being made on our endBut since the customer insists they still do not have the refund, we're sending out a check tomorrow morning for the refund of $to close this up (see attached)

The customer purchased two toner cartridges from us through Amazon.com, he emailed us stating there was an issue with one of the toner cartridges regarding a low toner message. We then sent out a replacement chip, come to find out both needed replacement chips - not just one. We weren’t aware of...

this until the customer left negative feedback on our Amazon account and then filed a Chargeback with Amazon at a later time. Amazon then emailed us stating to provide the customer with our return address and a RMA # for the merchandise to be returned – so we did. About a week after we provided the customer with the return information, we receive another negative feedback, this time on our Facebook page: “  We then contacted the customer (emails attached) and came to an agreement that we would issue a full refund via Amazon. We also told the customer to dispose of the toner cartridges so that his time was not wasted any longer in having to ship them back. The refund was then processed through Amazon (attached) - the customer made the payment through their site, Amazon then deposits the money into our account. But when a refund is made, it simply gets reversed from our account back into the customers CC. We’re unable to see any CC or sensitive information as a seller when selling on Amazon. The customer then contacts us stating no refund has been made and states he has also contacted Amazon: “they continue to insist that the credit has not been processed” (can be found in email #5). We then contact Amazon numerous times, by phone and by using the seller support chat (attached). Amazon states that the refund has been made – they state this every time we contact them. Amazon also mentions that the refund details can be found in our Amazon Account statement and order details (attached). Lastly, once we confirmed various times with Amazon that the refund was made - we email the customer (email #6) asking him to contact Amazon via the phone # they gave us to give to him so that they can answer any questions that they have regarding this issue / refund. We recommend to start a chat with them through the buyer support chat and send us a copy of the chat stating that Amazons says we have not issued the refund - for proof, since Amazon has been telling us otherwise. We have also provided the customer with the proof of the conversations with Amazon and our Statements to confirm that the refund has been made. After we sent that email - as of today, he has not replied nor contacted us.   Best Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:
All of the information supplied by the merchant is essentially correct, except there remains one outstanding issue:So far, I have not received the credit card refund of $78.00 which I have been promised.  The merchant said he would issue a credit to me, but as of today, I have not received any such credit.  The credit card company has insisted that no such credit has been issued by the merchant.  Attached are copies of my current credit card statement showing no credits posted and also no credits pending as of 09/02/2016.
