October 21, Mark's reply does not address the problems that have been identified by the State Inspector, & several other plumbersThe issues were listed in my complaint & here is a copy of the estimate I received from one plumber to simply get the system to work as designedThis estimate to repair things is $7,more than I originally paid to have the entire system originally installed by MarkMark H*** bid & contracted to install a 7-ton heat pump that would help provide heating & cooling for my systemMark only installed a 5-ton heat pump & my system is not set up for cooling in any way shape or formAs a result it has never performed as it should & adding cooling to the existing system is not even possibleThe permit for the original install was dated & issued 10/28/15, so the statue of limitation has not passedIt also does not apply as fraud is involved which extends the statute of limitations to yearsI have been informed by lawyers that the original year statute of limitations runs from the date of any repairs Mark made trying to repair the problems he createdHe made a few very minor & feeble attempts over the years & his last attempt at repairing the electrolysis only, happened just years ago

I received a phone call from this customer a few months ago about a leak, I told him he should use a contractor closer to him because it would save him travel expense. He told me he felt it was my responsibility to repair under warranty. I told him my warranty does not cover
projects completed over years ago.
