Hello Revdex.com,We will not be refunding the complainant for the pieces that he purchasedCustomer came to our facility and inspected pieces before picking them upHe was offered a replacement or refund if he didn't like the pieces before leaving our facility with the pieces and signing them out
as receivedAdditionally, the customer installed the pieces that he purchased and sent pictures of the pieces installedThe pieces were not installed like our product was directed to be installed, He ordered wall paper and made them into "shades." Our product is made to be installed on walls and he was made aware of this several time via email before purchasing. Additionally, after installing and using the pieces, the customer tried to return the pieces after days of using themWe do not accept returns after days.
